1. Identify which shape and color best represent your loved one, and place your online order.
2. Once we receive your online order, we will ship you your Ash Collection Kit.
3. Your Ash Collection Kit will include our step-by-step guide, ash collection materials, your order number for guaranteed tracking, and a prepaid envelope addressed to our studio.
4. Simply follow the instructions on the short step-by-step guide and mail your Ash Collection Kit back to our studio with the envelope and label provided.
Immediately upon receiving your Ash Collection Kit, we will print your online order form and unite the two pieces in an individual, sealed container.
Your package will not be opened again until it is lovingly handmade (one-at-a-time) and returned to you within 2-4 weeks.
We understand the emotional challenge that presents itself during the handling stage of creating a remembrance piece. For those of you local to Sacramento, CA, we are available Tues-Sat | 10-6pm if you would prefer to bring your ashes to our studio and have our experienced team member collect your ashes for you.
